Support and maintenance of local users of ICT facilities for end users like laptops, tablets and smartphones. Train and assist colleagues in (smart) use of applications like MS Office, CRM, ERP and reporting tools. Solve incidents with equipment and applications. Teaming up with IT support engineer in Mexico. Participate in international IT-projects and activities. Point of contact of ICT department at HQ in Netherlands. Managing local (ICT) suppliers. Assist in maintaining and implementing the ICT infrastructure under which servers, network, telephony entrance and security equipment. Education level: Bachelor or comparable. Broad ICT knowledge in for example Windows, MS Office and Business Applications. Knowledge of IT equipment and mobile device management solutions for smart .phones and tablets Enthusiastic, willing to learn and follow trainings. Languages: English and Spanish. Able to work on his/her own and be part of an international team. Strong communicator and pro-active attitude. Multitasking and hands on mentality.
