Primarily responsible for supporting the desktop and laptops in the local facility, remote phone support of other company facilities and supporting the remote sales organization. Experience with MAC OS is a plus. Work closely with members of the ATG IT team, remote site admins, internal client and external vendors to deploy IT projects on time and within budget. Support HP Printers. Update and/or maintain Windows 2008 Active Directory, provide support as needed. Support Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 on desktops and laptops. Provide local and remote diagnostics and technical issues relating to desktops, laptops, printers and other hardware using the Altiris tools. Provide outstanding customer service to ATG associates. Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in clear, concise manner. Support other functional teams on an as needed basis *Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in person as well as remotely . Participate in building standard images for workstations. Perform all other related tasks based on the needs of the organization. Skills and Experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT - related field. Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10 being the latest).Experience with laptops, desktops, printers and other related hardware. Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite.Experience deploying or supporting Office 365, Azure Active Directory or One Drive desired. Knowledge of MAC OSX and MAC hardware and support of these devices. Experience deploying and managing desktops and laptops in a large facility, at remote locations and for remote users is strongly desired. Strong technical proficiency in the following areas: Windows 7, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, HP Printers, Dell and HP Desktops and Laptops. Fluent English is mandatory.
